Youth Education

Sunday School At Trinity, there are Sunday School classes for pre-school (age three) through high school .  They are held between worship services from 9:15 - 10:30 AM. Classes are held throughout the school year (from the Sunday after Labor Day until Mother's Day).  Pre-school through sixth grade begin in the sanctuary with worship including music, prayer, and an offering.  The children break into smaller classes with lessons on Bible stories.  They learn about honesty, respect, obedience, and living out faith with those around them.  7th and 8th graders meet for various projects.  The high school class meets for breakfast and then a lesson with discussion.
After School Activities Wednesday afternoons provide another opportunity for youth to spend time at church and learn more about how God loves children and wants them to reflect His love in the world.  We meet from 2:30 - 4:00  for snacks, a lesson, crafts, games, and fellowship.  Kindergarten and 1st grade on the first Wednesday of the month.  2nd through 4th grades on the second Wednesday of the month.  5th and 6th grades on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
First Communion Classes Each year First Communion Classes are held for students in 2nd grade and older students who have not previously had a class to prepare for receiving our Lord's body and blood.  The class is comprised of three sessions and is generally offered in January.  First Communion is celebrated
